Welcome to the Team Maturity Assessment. This assessment is based on the work done by Kimball and Mareen Fisher. Their concepts in the area of teamwork and leadership are well known in the fortune 100 C suites. This assessment is an opportunity to evaluate how mature your team is. The questions are organized around the 6 + 1 roles that characterize teams. We say 6 + 1 because 6 of the roles capture the specific proficiencies or characteristics of team members while the +1 reflects the team members overall effectiveness as an advocate to the teams customer (be they internal or external).
